My philosophy for therapy includes an individualized approach based on your unique strengths, needs and goals. My approach is holistic, integrating symptom reduction, physical health, relationships, and spiritual growth.

I specialize in treating individual teens and adults.  I do not provide couples or family therapy.

I have been in private practice since 2009. My clinical areas of focus include anxiety, panic,  phobias, surviving trauma and sexual abuse, PTSD, complex PTSD,  OCD, bipolar disorder, emotional dysregulation, dissociation, cultural differences and acculturation.

I look forward to meeting with you and getting to know you personally. I believe that growth and change are processes that benefit from a strong connection between client and therapist. I would be honored to help guide you through your own process of personal growth.
